Pump Specifications

This pump features a 6” x 6” (152 mm x 152 mm) NPT female size. The casing is durable Gray Iron 30. It has a maximum operating pressure of 78 psi (538 kPa).

Pump Capabilities

• Pumps four inches and larger can handle spherical solids up to three inches in diameter. The solids pass through every part of the pump, including the recirculation port. This prevents clogs and ensures smooth operation.

Super T Series Features

• The Super T Series pumps come in many different configurations. The B version is designed for high-head applications. You can also get close-coupled or engine-driven models. All standard Super T Series pumps come with a five-year manufacturer’s warranty. The Eradicator Plus models have a standard one-year manufacturer’s warranty.

The Eradicator System

• The Eradicator system is built to prevent clogs. It features an aggressive, self-cleaning wearplate. This wearplate has notches, grooves, and a lacerating tooth. This design helps to break up stringy materials. The pump can then pass them without losing performance. This system dramatically reduces expensive downtime. A special back cover includes a lightweight inspection cover. You can easily remove it to inspect the impeller. Dewatering has never been easier!

Eradicator Plus Dewatering Pump for Extreme Jobs

• The Eradicator Plus is for the toughest jobs. It handles liquids with trash bags, wipes, hair, and other difficult waste. It is perfect when you need to cut and tear organic solids. Eradicator Plus models have a lightweight inspection cover that is easy to remove. They also feature an extra-thick G-R Hard Iron wearplate. The load-bearing shaft is an upgraded stainless steel. These models are the most aggressive pumps in the Super T Series line.

Dewatering Pump Components

• The semi-open, two-vane impeller is made of tough Ductile Iron 65-45-12. This pump handles 3” (76.2 mm) diameter spherical solids.
• The impeller shaft is Alloy Steel 4150.
• The shaft sleeve is Alloy Steel 4130.
• A replaceable, self-cleaning wear plate is made of Carbon Steel ASTM A6.
• The adjustable back cover plate is Gray Iron 30.
• A removable inspection cover plate, also Gray Iron 30, weighs 20 lbs. (9.1 kg).
• The flap valve is Neoprene with nylon and steel reinforcement.
• The seal plate, bearing housing, and flanges are all Gray Iron 30.
• The pump uses an open single-row ball radial bearing and an open double-row ball thrust bearing. Both are lubricated with SAE 30 non-detergent oil. Gaskets include Buna-N, compressed synthetic fibers, vegetable fiber, PTFE, cork, and rubber.
• O-rings are Buna-N. Hardware is standard plated steel. The unit includes a brass pressure relief valve and oil level sight gauges.

Kirloskar HA494 Diesel Engine

The Kirloskar HA494 is a 4-cylinder, air-cooled, natural-aspirated diesel engine. It delivers a powerful 46.6kW net output at 2300RPM. This calculation is at sea level and follows the ISO-3046 standard.

Standard Features Included

Your diesel water dewatering pump engine includes many standard features.

• It comes with a 12V starter and an alternator.
• The SAE 3 flywheel housing and Centaflex flywheel are also standard. The engine has a durable tin sump and an exhaust manifold silencer.
• A V-belt guard provides safety.

Furthermore, a dry type air cleaner ensures clean operation. It is supported by solid engine mountings. All sender units are included.

Finally, you get both maintenance and spare parts manuals.

• A 50mm heavy-duty stub shaft.
• We add a 70L engine-mounted mild steel fuel tank.
• A weather-proof starting panel (P40) with a solenoid is another included option.
